Our banana peel powder is a perfect way to feed your plants, indoors and out. Saves you having to have jars of banana peel soaking for days, just sprinkle the powder around your plants when you remember.
We run a busy food project here in the New Forest and get boxes and boxes of bananas. We hand them out to as many people as possible, but always get left with some that are too black. To save these from waste we dry them, mostly without using electricity, and turn them into banana peel powder. This makes an instant natural way to give potassium to your plants.
Each pack contains 400gm. Each purchase helps us keep our community pantry open and sharing food with our community.
HOW TO USE
• Sprinkle lightly around plants and mix into the top layer of soil
• Add to compost bins or compost heaps – use 20g per 4kg of compost
• Water after application
• Suitable for flowers, vegetables, herbs, and houseplants
USE SPARINGLY
A little goes a long way. Avoid over-application.
