Plastic bags are so outdated!
Replace your need to use any plastic bags with one of our super cool Boomerang bags.
Help to get the conversation started with your very own community made fabric shopping bag.
Waterside Boomerang Bags is one of the projects we run in the waterside area of the New Forest to help create a more regenerative community. Our bags are all made from rescued fabrics and some are even made of clothes no longer wearable.
Our Lead sewer is Jo, who is able to express her creative passion by matching fabrics from the donations we get. Most of our bags are given out for free at points around the waterside such as the Community Fridge in Hythe Library and Waterside Clothes swaps.
We would now like to be able to start bringing more people together to sew and possibly learn new skills. For this we do need some funding - threads, sewing machine servicing, and even some more machines.
To enable us to do this we have decided to offer some of the one of a kind designs online for donations.
This is a pay what you want listing, so you can decide how much the bag and our project is worth.
You can collect from Langley in Hampshire if you are local or we can post to you at cost.
And don't forget to look at our other regenerative, planet friendly projects that go to supporting our community projects.
